See If Your Business Is Ready to ScaleGood books can pay for themselves. You get your evenings back. Mistakes like a duplicate charge or a card payment counted as income get caught before they cost you. Money leaking out on jobs that don’t pay gets spotted and stopped. And when tax season comes, your preparer gets clean, organized books instead of a box of receipts.
Bookkeeping questions
A few practical questions.
Do I need QuickBooks?
I work with QuickBooks Online. I’ll review your current setup and talk through the subscription and features your business needs before you change anything.
Do you do taxes?
No. I don’t prepare or file taxes. I keep your books organized all year, so your tax preparer gets clean books instead of a pile of paper.
Is bookkeeping worth the cost?
It can pay for itself. It can save you hours every month, catches mistakes like duplicate charges or payments counted twice, and shows you which jobs or expenses are quietly draining money so you can stop it. It also makes tax season a lot easier: your tax preparer gets organized books instead of a pile of paper. I don’t prepare taxes myself, but I make that job much simpler.
